Job Description:Role: Social Media CoordinatorOur client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity.They are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator for a remote opportunity.Responsibilities:Assist digital customer-facing communications and online enhancements delivered in the online channel environment across web, mobile, social, e-newsletters and paid and organic online campaigns.Plan and implement campaigns and content from brief stage through to execution in the consumer marketplace.Analyze analytics for trends and patterns and adjust strategies as a result.Collaborate with agencies and support BC Hydro's internal digital communications functionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, Marketing or related fieldProficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)1-2 years experience working with social media content in a corporate settingFamiliarity with leading social media channelsDirect customer service experienceHootsuite experience is an asset JOb ID: 45367
