We believe in tailor-fitting each role on our team with the right person, and that could be you!Job Responsibilities:Perform research and monitor up and coming social media platforms, current benchmark trends and audience preferencesCollaborate with Marketing, Guest Relations, and Operations departments to ensure brand consistency Create content for all brands and ensure alignment with CBH’s voice/brandRespond and engage with followers on all social media platformsIntroduce and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and post engagement across all social media platformsOversee design and strategy of social media accountsImplement a content calendar to manage social media content and plan specific, timely marketing campaignsCreate a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social media advertisingProvide short and long-term market forecasts and reports through conducting market research, analysis and interpretation of market dataReview success of marketing campaigns and develop ways to improveRequirementsProven work experience as a social media manager and hands-on experience in content managementAbility to deliver creative text, image and video contentBCom or BBA degree in Marketing or another related fieldPhotography and Videography experience considered a huge assetExperience using Moment Feed considered an assetAnalytical and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AnalyticsExperience developing and working with a marketing planAbility to explain complex social media data in an understandable wayExperience identifying, and creating campaigns for, a target audience
