Co-ordinate office administrative procedures, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Maintaining regular communications with Director, RCICs, managers and other team members in company offices to clarify priorities as well as discussing company accomplishments, deadlines, and operations.
Establish work priorities and delegate work to office support staff such as receptionist, administrative assistants, case processing officers etc.
Receive new clients and delegate consultations and work to consultants and office support staff. Liaise between clients and company personnel.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Co-ordinate and plan for office services, equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance, and security services etc.
Correspondence with the clients and managing related paperwork for database.
Assemble data and prepare correspondence. Create and maintain a Company contact list & assist with client management.
Schedule meetings and other travel arrangements for the employer.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with company employees, clients and vendors for office supplies
