We are looking for an experienced and dynamic customer success leader to join our passionate and growing team as Client Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and managing the successful execution of annual fundraising campaigns. You will work with cutting-edge tools and a talented and collaborative team to help deliver inspired fundraising experiences. We are looking for a natural people-person with a proven track record of success in a high-growth call centre or performance environment.



This role is a work-from-home position open to candidates in all Provinces. No travel is required.



You will work as part of a team to build annual fundraising plans, manage campaigns, develop your team, and demonstrate the ability to drive innovation and results while developing lasting customer relationships. Using client engagement methodologies, you will cultivate and bringing fresh ideas, insights, and value to clients. The right candidate is results and relationship-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.

We are looking for someone who:

Is an enthusiastic and positive team player and a natural leader Can drive customer success across multiple campaigns, ensuring the delivery of KPIs Can build authentic relationships with clients and mentor your team to do the same Can manage daily, weekly, and monthly client communication Can deliver persuasive client presentations and tell a fantastic, engaging story without using PowerPoint Can develop engaging and persuasive marketing reports and business reviews Can participate in needs analysis and recommend effective solutions Can keep current on new marketing approaches, technologies, and tools through market research to ensure our solutions are innovative Can at all times maintain alignment with company vision and mission

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years' senior account experience, preferably in a call centre environment A proven track record of success in managing and growing accounts Comfortable and confident in delivering engaging and highly relational in-person presentations Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with your team Strong organizational skills that allow you to stay focused on different tasks to use your time and energy effectively and efficiently An ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and services, relevant industry trends, and competition You have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, or a similar discipline A background in non-profit fundraising, agency marketing, or a contact centre is strongly valued You must be available for full-time hours and some evening hours as required You must provide a suitable private home office environment with high-speed internet You must be highly productive and effective at working from home and managing your time All other supplies will be provided
