SAP CommerceHybris Toronto, Canada 6+ Months looking for a Specialist II ndash SAP Commerce. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands on experience with SAP CommerceHybris with a good understanding of B2C Commerce Integration. Candidate should have good experience in implementation, application support, enhancements, and global deployments in a technical and functional support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide SAP Commerce technical and functional problem solving ownership and follow-through is key to be successful in this role. As a Specialist II ndash SAP Commerce, you will Lead design, development, deployment and support of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) including customization, extension and implementation of services that integrate with Commerce Cloud. Perform in-depth analysis on all major PROD issuesdefects and provide recovery stepsenhancements to the team. Lead Problem Management and resolution Implementing effective monitoring alerting strategies to ensure quicker detection of issues. Be effective in solution and system architecture, driving end to end solutions for complex technical problems. Work in an agile and highly collaborative environment with a globally distributed team architecture, product management, quality assurance, and operations. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on development, installation, configuration, and operating experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or Hybris 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing business critical software using Enterprise JavaJ2EE, Web Services, REST, JSONXML, Servlet containers, JAXRS, Spring, and related technologies Experience integrating Hybris with other applications such as Content management, Payment gateway, Tax, Customer Service, Marketing, Catalog using APIs. Extreme Responsiveness with ability to work under pressure in a crisis situation maintaining a clear sense of urgency Superior Work Ethic with a positive, can do attitude Excellent customer service skills and superior telephone etiquette. Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent time management Superior collaboration skills Flexibility with the ability to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable commitments Proficient in software development process, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Top 3 must have 4-6+ years of hands on SAP Commerce solutions experience End to end ownership of SAP Commerce Application support with focus on maximum site availability Commerce integration knowledge with Service, Chat, Marketing, Pricing, and 3rd party logistics Good to have 4+ years of e-commerce domain experience Bonus Tech Skills Azure Cloud, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitGithub, CICD concepts and tooling, Web-based application architecture
