Our Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Strategic Learning Advisor to assist with building a long term emergency management training curriculum.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTasks are the following but not limited to: Conduct strategic analysis, including consultations and gathering relevant information;Support the Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and ensuing actions;Analyze existing performance gaps and make recommendations to the TA to address them.Lead the development of curriculum;Provide advice and recommendations to senior management on best practices. Qualifications and Experience Must have an undergraduate degree with specialization in one of the following areas: education, adult learning, distance learning or e-learning;Must have at least 7 years of experience as a Senior Learning Advisor and/or Training Development Officer;Must have a minimum of six (6) months of demonstrated experience within the last six (6) years from involving the analysis or implementation of a learning tool, technology or approach that has not previously been used by or within his/her working organization;Must have experience in emergency planning and management.
