Description:Responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all Bath Fitter products at the job site according to Bath Fitter procedures and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. Tasks and Responsabilities Adhere to all Bath Fitter installation standards and proceduresMaintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customersRespect customers' property and leave work area cleanInform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installationsAccurately complete and submit to office in a timely manner all necessary paperwork and photos: e.g., EOI form, job costing sheet, checklists, etcComplete timesheets dailyKeep van stocked with all necessary tools and job componentsResponsible for the daily upkeep and security of the vanTake inventory of installation vehicle as requiredComplete service calls as requiredAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresAbide by all Bath Fitter policies and proceduresAttend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessionsPrioritize work activities, uses time efficientlyProfessional Dress and/or uniform, neat in appearance, observing rules of good grooming and hygieneRegular Attendance and punctuality is requiredPerform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Education and/or Experience - High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education required. 3 to 5 years of experience in related fieldCarpentry and/or trim carpentry and renovation experience required, with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination squareAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureAbility to use power tools (jigsaw, drill etc.)Basic plumbing knowledge preferableValid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving recordThe physical demands of the Installer are constantly medium work.
