In this role you will provide a variety of office administrative, secretarial and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day to day priorities of the director, managers and staff, including liaising with ministry executive offices.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • 2 years clerical/administrative support experience, education and/or training. There will be different combinations of relevant experience, education and/or training that would result in an applicant meeting this standard.
  • Experience in thorough editing of documents. Preference may be given for 2 years or more.
  • Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff. Preference may be given to those with experience in project management support.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience managing records and/or processing formal requests under FOI legislation.
