Versature is searching for a self motivated Sales Coordinator who will assist in the day to day activities of the Versature Sales organization . This individual will be responsible for organizing lead flow for the sales organization, leading monthly compensation preparation, organizing RFP submissions and other related tasks that are integral to the success of the sales organization. The ideal individual for this role will display a high level of attention to detail while working crossfunctionaly between our Operations, Marketing and Sales teams.

The Sales Coordinator, is an admin level position where you will be taught a wide range of skills including managing Salesforce lead flow management, compensation process and deal review to name a few.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead assembly and review of compensation on a monthly basis
  • Execute ongoing deal review for discounting and data quality
  • Lead RFP review and submission coordination
  • Manage RFP Lead Sources Organize and audit salesforce Lead flow for the inside sales team
  • Supervise lead distribution in Salesforce (old leads, list imports, old opportunities etc)
  • Report and data preparation for Go-to-market strategy
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Self Driven individual with a High Level of attention to detail
  • Interest and willingness to learn new applications and processes
  • Preferably 2 years of administrative experience
  • Preferably worked in a professional environment
  • Comfortable working closely with various teams to leverage content, lead lists and other sales enablement assets to help drive conversions
