Job Title: Loaner Coordinator Date: October 2018Reports To: Supervisor, Orthopaedic Loaners Department: Orthopaedic Sales Support Job OverviewThe Loaner Coordinator must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position responsibilities include; receiving and restocking of instrument and implant kits, bi-yearly inventory counts, assembling new kit additions, as well as the packaging of our loaner instrument and implant sets for shipping. In addition, housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Operations team while championing Stryker’s Mission & Values.ResponsibilitiesIndividual Responsibilities: Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperationResponsible to live and drive Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance Functional Responsibilities: Accepts loaner requests from Sales CoordinatorsCommunicates backorders to Sales Coordinators and Sales Representatives when appropriatePick all daily surgery orders and assemble accompanying documentation in preparation for shippingMaintain all kits by managing replacements and assembling additional kits as requiredMaintain records of received goods, alerting appropriate personnel of receipt discrepanciesConducts bi-yearly inventory counts of all sub-inventoriesLift and move medium and heavier weight itemsPick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipmentPrepare and maintain records of items shippedOther duties as assigned by your Manager Conduct & Compliance Abide by and support the policies set forth in the Stryker Code of ConductUnderstand that compliance with the Code of Conduct, as it may be amended by Stryker Corporation from time to time, is a condition of continued employment with Stryker Conduct work in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations and in accordance with Stryker’s high ethical standardsReport any violations of these policies and procedures to Stryker management or in the manner outlined in Stryker’s Ethics Hotline Policy Knowledge & Skill Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional image at all timesAccuracy is essential for data entry skillsKnowledge of proper lifting/body mechanic techniquesSuperior time management skills, ability to manage multiple functions and adhere to daily deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work a variety of day and afternoon shifts in a 40-hour work week Education & Qualifications Completed post-secondary education program requiredInternal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered AcknowledgmentEmployee Printed Name:Employee Signature: Date:
