Description:What you’ll do: Work with Account Managers, Licensing Specialists, and manufacturer vendor representatives to maximize CDW performance on renewals and help drive sales Answer email or phone inquiries from Account Managers and customers regarding their expiring products Manage lead lists/renewal portals to maximize time, effort and sales and pipeline of quotes/orders Proactively consult with customers and collaborate with Account Managers to close renewal opportunities Identify new business opportunities and consult with Account Managers and other Product Specialists Maintain business relationships with assigned manufacturer Develop innovative new ways to reach renewable opportunities What you need to succeed:Must-have: College Degree or 3+ years of experience in sales or sales support Proven success in working enterprise opportunities Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities Nice-to-have: Experience in technology sales Who we are:CDW is a leading technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
