Responsibilities Assist in managing an ITSM ticket queue for a networking team.Performing field work that includes but is not limited to; Service routers and switches, troubleshooting end user connectivity both in the office and manufacturing plant floor. including wireless and wired connectionsProficient in the use of switching and routing configurations using Cisco technologyNetwork Performance Report writing.Travel to other locations in our enterprise to provide support as neededExecution of network technical projects and support operations that are designed to increase the business effectiveness of the infrastructure.Work closely with the end user compute and server teams assisting with deployments of servers as well as laptops and desktopsMust Have: 3-5 years of job experience in the data LAN/WAN networking field and systemsMust have good knowledge of Windows and ideally basic knowledge of Linux based operations systems.Must have experience supporting Cisco technologiesExperience in managing or coordinating a ticket queue
