Cloud and Network Services Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. The Digital Trust team is looking for strong software engineers to join our growing team. Nokia plans to transform the IoT business with new strategic initiatives to be become the leader in IoT evolution. The eSIM/iSIM Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) capability will enhance Nokia’s E2E IoT solution. Job Responsibilities & Competencies • As part of the agile development team, be responsible for specification review & analysis, feature estimate, design, implementation, system integration, test automation and quality assurance of Digital Trust products• Work in the area eSIM/iSIM RSP (Remote SIM Provisioning) security, eSIM/iSIM RSP for Consumer & M2M specifications, deployment, etc.• Build software to build software! Work on Jenkins configurations to meet the demands of a highly productive development and test team.• Contribute to the test framework strategy, automating everything. Prepare methodologies for testing (e.g., integration, system, reliability, stability and performance) to meet the team’s need according to product specification and architectureEvaluate new tools, evangelize with prototypes and get everything running in CI/CD deployment. Employ the latest methods with VMs, Kubernetes, and test utilities. Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) • Bachelor ́s degree required in a technical field (CS, EE, etc.)• At least 5 years of experience• Solid experience with source control & loadbuild tools: e.g. git, gerrit, Jenkins• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms• Solid software development experience in several programming languages: python, perl, Java, C, C++, Javascript• Knowledge in Cloud, Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Database, Containerized Applications, Microservices, etc.• Experience in Agile development process & DevOps practices• Exposure to design for security and security & privacy• Device level protocol experience• Experience in security tools and technologies; remote provisioning / master-slave techniques• Strong customer focus.• Strong written and oral communication skills• Excellent interpersonal/team skills• Experience using Linux and Windows Desired Qualifications• Experience in mobile app development: Android, iOS Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) • Fluent in oral and written English.• Passion, positive attitude, engagement and desire to take over challenging assignments as part of a team, making things WORK with quality• Ability to work across multi-national matrix organization• Self-starter - able to demonstrate strong sense of business ownership and leadership• Team Player - able to communicate effectively across Practices and Customer Teams• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of personal responsibility• Desire to learn new skills and new technologies• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• High level of self-motivation and maturity• Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision Imagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
