Description du poste Responsibilities: Responsible for execution against scorecard goals to drive team and campaign results, reporting inspection, product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support as well as identifying and/or resolving issues pertaining to any related problems for the client and field sales officesDirect liaison between Fortune 500 client and sales forceManage local regional or national sales campaignsTrain and develop the field sales forceCollaborate with internal team members, with the client, and with the field, to drive production and other performance metrics defined on a campaign scorecardProvide excellent customer service, WOWing the field, client, and co-workers with a professional and positive approach, quick response time and effectiveness at answering their questionsSuccessfully launch new ICLs, ensuring they are trained in product knowledge, sales processes, and systems/proceduresEnsures that ICLs and reps consistently represent the client accurately and with qualityDrives ICL performance, meeting client and campaign goals for profitability and growthHelps with the execution of campaign initiatives, driving and handling follow up supportProvides regular feedback to management on the status of ICLs and action plan updatesField leader capable of meeting campaign sales and quality standards and coaching/mentoring reps to do the same Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or related fieldLocated in Toronto3-4 years of related experienceThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a natural ability to collaborate well with others in a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly-fluid environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsMust be self-confident, have a passion for sales including high energy, strong customer service, client relationship and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing strengths in organization, time management and prioritization Candidate must be able to travel at least 40%-50%#ONDT Information du contact Maheen - mabdullah - 905 361 3987 ext.140 Retour à la recherche Appliquer
