Description WFH-Montreal 6 monthsDescription: Set up and maintain annuitant member information on various systems Promptly respond to inquiries from internal business partners, and Clients Responsible to manage complex process with high volume of data using Excel Spreadsheets Investigate and resolve escalated issues and complaints quickly and accurately Manage work priorities in a multifunctional environment Responsible for plan reconciliation and other plan specific tasks Take ownership of communication on complex situations with Sponsors, Advisors and internal partners to ensure that we respond clearly, completely and professionally to all client inquiries. Provide support to other business partners and work in partnership with internal stakeholders to quickly resolve any issues. Required to participate in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity representing the GRS operations on conference calls or face-to-face meetings to influence internal and external demand to propose optimal solutions and minimize risks. Must haves: 0-2 years of experience working with reconciliations or an accounting background would be beneficial. Bilingual (English/French) both verbal and written excellent PC skills and know your way around Excel (word,Access) Nice to haves: Some experience in annuities or group retirement savings.
