On Side Restoration is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Calgary team.The Quality Assurance Assistant reviews and responds to customer feedback as it relates to service, project completion and workmanship; focusing on investigation, file audit and review, documentation and report creating to aid in resolution and/or negotiation consistent with stakeholder requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure customer feedback is appropriately acknowledged, documented, reported and investigatedMaintain effective and timely communications with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve project deliverablesPrepare all required file documentationDistribute all documentation to stakeholders to ensure internal and external protocol complianceAssist QA Manager in assessing customer service and workmanship issues, developing and coordinating corrective and preventative action plansCompile supporting documentation for processing of Vendor and/or Sub-trade back chargesProvide direction or support in other areas as requested/required Qualification and Requirements: Diploma/certificate in Office Administration, 3-5 years’ work experience in an administrative role or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceKnowledge of general office proceduresRestoration/construction backgroundAbility to use a computer and applicable software applicationsAbility to type up a minimum of 55 wpm Skills and competences: Attention to detailAbility to multi-task and well organizedAbility to work well under pressureAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong problem solving/communication skillsStrong customer orientationDemonstrates corporate citizenship and social responsibilityDemonstrates support for innovation and organizational changeBusiness writing skillsAbility to understand and interpret oral and written instructionsAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to organize work
