What We Need
We are looking for a Director, Corporate Marketing who will play a critical role establishing and driving our brand marketing efforts. In this key role for Element and we need someone who can formulate Element’s brand strategy and guidelines across multiple channels to increase awareness, followers and grow revenue. As our corporate marketing expert you will ensure we deliver Element branded content that drives our position as a leader and builds top of the funnel awareness of our company to attract prospects and deepen our relationships with clients.

As the Director, Corporate Marketing, you will do all of this and more as you drive the overarching corporate brand which impacts all aspects of our business.
A Day in the Life
Lead the strategy and day to day operations of Element’s internal and external digital channels
Manage external brand impacting sites include the homepage and various social channels
Measure and drive continuous improvement across all channels through reporting and measuring channel efficacy
Drive corporate content strategy and execution guidelines and ensuring tools and branded materials are up to date and available for the various end-users
Manage, coach and inspire a team of corporate and digital marketing professionals ensuring consistent alignment of priorities and strategies that drive market share
Assist the Operations and Commercial teams with significant client outreach requiring elevated support and expertise on digital design, branding and distribution channels
Requirements
BA/BSc in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing/brand ownership including design and development of a strong B2B digital brand presence
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project and/or program management, including successful campaign/marketing launches
Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management; experience leading in a matrix organization and demonstrated ability in influence management and collaborating within multiple levels across an organization
Proven business acumen, analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on digital marketing/branding initiatives and strategies
Strength in facilitation, change management and influence skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), smartsheet and other technical analytics platforms
