We are looking for a solutions orientated Account Manager, specialized in Health Informatics Solutions. This Account Manager will manage all aspects of the sales cycle supporting our client base in Ontario.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Utilize your strong account management skills to drive the business within our EDI portfolio. You will be responsible to identify and creating new business opportunities within the modality.

Acting as a key member of the Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) team, the EDI Account Manager has an opportunity to develop and drive business across the region of Ontario by uncovering, developing and managing key opportunities, developing competitive positioning, owning quote creation, customer presentations, developing KOL and addressing customer concerns.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Building and developing opportunities for our informatics product portfolio to show how each solution (PAC’s, Performance Bridge, ISCV/XPER IM/ /IBE/ISECG) may integrate into current enterprise infrastructure (HIS/EMR/RIS)
  • Manage your Business:

  • Understand customer needs and drive sales efforts for product portfolio
  • Build a Business Plan that supports achievement of your Quota focusing on balanced strategic selling
  • Identify and drive your top opportunities, generate leads
  • Meet and surpass financial target objectives
  • Design Philips Solutions to meet customer’s needs:

  • Identify and document all key influencers within your accounts.
  • Establish early and cross-modality penetration by building long-term relationships with key influencers
  • Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer business needs and design a solution to address the customer's specific need
  • Work with internal departments to discover and qualify customer opportunities.
  • Translate the identified Philips solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition.
  • Engage Sales resources and validate account strategies, needs analyses, and deal strategies.
  • Design a tailored account strategy and create a compelling message to present the value proposition and proposal to the customer
  • Own How the Customer Experiences Philips:

  • Understand customer business drivers and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Build a recurring and frequent cadence for customer discussions.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer issues by following the escalation process.
  • Identify and document all key influencers within your accounts.
  • Collaborate with EDI Team to coordinate on-site demonstrations, clinical trials, site visits, and national clinical showcase sites.
  • Lead and plan customer presentations including clinical, operations, and financial positioning and benefits. Attend customer presentations to resolve customer objections or answer questions regarding product and configuration.
  • Prioritize opportunities that exist in a given account or market.
  • Manage the roll-up of the forecast and funnel. Evaluate and built funnel health and provide grow funnel toward target. Work alongside the EDI Team to ensure the funnel is robust, clean, well-managed, and can meet or exceed AOP.
  • Coordinate product positioning and product qualification with EDI AM/AE, as needed.
  • Manage all Health Informatics RFPs
  • Use SFDC, Microsoft Teams, Chatter, OneSource, and other tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across Philips.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 5+ years selling in hospital environment
  • Understand DICOM and HL7 connectivity as it relates to assigned informatics products and how they fit into a hospital enterprise environment.
  • Ability to consult and recognize opportunities where Philips Health Informatics Solutions may be able to provide a relevant solution
  • Strong knowledge of the Health Informatics’ within acute hospital setting
  • Experience with understanding protocols and how to influence decision makers
  • Extensive understanding of hospital environment and hospital stakeholders
  • Negotiating RFP’s would be an asset
  • Great experience and success selling hospital capital equipment through GPOs
  • Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills
  • A “customer first” attitude with a drive for results and entrepreneurial mindset that works well in a matrixed organization
  • Working with internal stakeholders in a collaborative manner to achieve territory and organizational goals
  • Travel will be required across Ontario
  • Canadian work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. Relocation is not available for this opportunity.
