Purpose of Role

A unique and rare opportunity to work with the Firm’s global and regional leaders on the creation, development and launch of a website/microsite that support’s the Firm’s go-to-market strategy. To deliver a new and engaging digital client experience that will continue to further differentiate Dentons. Main Responsibilities Develop and launch a new website/microsite:

 Serve as the Digital Marketing team’s Project Manager

 Own and track project timelines & deliverables and ensure project meets expectations

 Contribute to the discovery phase but be accountable for capturing the business requirements

 Research and monitor web analytics, providing insight and analysis on trends to support a new client experience

 Work with the external developer, in-house Digital Marketing Technology and Digital Content teams to translate requirements into functional specifications

 Lead the quality assurance process and user acceptance testing

 Manage project documentation including sitemaps, data architectures and wireframes (in collaboration with design team)

Represent the broader Digital Marketing team’s requirements:

 Review and make recommendations for search engine optimization

 Check that designs meet web accessibility guidelines, specifically WCAG 2.0 AA

 Ensure designs are optimized for performance and page load times

 Provide best practice guidance on user interface design and lead generation Other Responsibilities

 Record and circulate meeting notes

 Develop, measure and report on project success criteria

 Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Clients & Markets, Digital Marketing, Brand, external vendors and team members

 Deliver presentations where required Required


Technical Experience and Skills

 Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience of project management in digital marketing

 Experience working with HTML and CSS

 Experience with Sitecore or Enterprise wide CMS

 Experience working with web analytics, with a particular focus on Google analytics preferred

 Experience in user interface design, information architecture and user acceptance testing

 Experience working with web accessibility standards required

 Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus

 Experience with Siteimprove a plus

Personal skills / attributes

 Fluent in English a must

 An understanding of and interest in lead generation

 High level of analytical and logical thinking

 Strong problem resolution skills

 Must be able to communicate complex processes and tasks in simple language that can easily be understood by people with fewer technical skills and knowledge

 Highly organised and able to proactively manage schedules and tasks

 Methodical and thorough with a strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy and an understanding for the need of documents and well-defined procedures

 Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented

 Must show initiative, be proactive and be able to work independently.

 Flexibility to work overtime as needed to complete necessary and time sensitive tasks
