We are currently recruiting for a bilingual office admin clerk on a temporary basis. Candidates are responsible for answering phones, booking appointments, taking messages, handling minor invoices etc.
Successful candidates will have the following:
-Minimum of 2 years of working experience in an office administrative role
-Fluent in both French and English
-Strong typing skills (50+ wpm)
-Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a new environment
-Customer service oriented
-Previous experience with complete Microsoft suite required
