This facility has a management system that is registered to ISO-9001 Standards.Job Purpose:Operate multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.Qualifications:High School Diploma One year related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills Required:Bilingual requirements in English and French.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to write simple correspondencesBasic understanding of Word Processing and Spreadsheet software.Strong communication skillsGood comprehension of the English/French languageJob Responsibilities and Duties:Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.Take and forward messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.Welcome on site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required.Match customer order back up with packing slipsCalculate freight charges for courier shipmentsGenerating RGA's for customers requesting to make returns.Data entry of monthly sales figures.Receive and route mail as required.Perform other clerical duties as needed, such faxing, scanning, filing and collating documents.
