Hide the map Contact Name:Ruth Howes Contact Phone:306-752-9464 Contact Fax:306-752-3122 Contact Employer Description Child Care:-Provide children activities-Facilitate in-house recreation, crafts & educational program-Assess, listen, support, validate & document interaction-Provide transportation as required by NEOSS/TreeHouse (TH) or the Ministry of Social Services (MSS)-Adhere to all rules and regulations set out by NEOSS/MSS-Ensure all daily duties are completed each day and documented appropriately as per the Daily Duties Sheets-Perform household/yard cleaning as requiredAs part of the support team: -Take an active role to follow the case plan-Provide structure, guidance, and a safe home-like environmentDaily Operations:-Ensure adequate supplies are maintained with regard to household, crafts and recreation.
