FYidoctors-Osoyoos is looking to hire a full time permanent Medical Associate at our practice in Osoyoos.
This team member will work a schedule of 30-40 hours per week, Mondays through Fridays. The Medical associate will be primarily
responsible for performing patient pre-testing activities.

    • Responsibilities

  • Administrating pre-testing services such as retinal digital imaging
  • Communication with patients including in person, by phone and by email
  • Customer services activities including appointment booking, prescription printouts, billing and payments
  • Assistance with retail of eyewear products

  • Able to multi-task an a fast -paced environment
  • Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience or knowledge of routine eye care on asset
