Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join a team here in Vancouver, BC. You will be responsible for interpreting client's business and requirements to guide and implement a staffing process to promote an optimal mix of internal and external talent. The contractor will apply the appropriate internal and external staffing policies, standards, and/or regulations to all stages of the staffing process and educate clients on the appropriate processes and policies. Candidate Assessment & Screening – you will bring the candidate through the interview and closing processes, working in collaboration with other teams. You conduct the initial screening and assessment process using prescribed tools and frameworks; you also qualify talent pools by assessing factors such as ability to hire, relocation considerations, immigration, and compensation. You identify unique and non-traditional talent sources, and develop a pipeline that generates the candidates needed to meet the future talent needs of the business. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition (e.g., recruiting, sourcing)3+ years of experience developing talent pipeline – finding highly qualified candidates in anticipation of filling critical and recurrent positionsMust have experience to use sourcing and search tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, Connectifier, Job Posting websites) to find and acquire talent
