You can develop engaging relationships with our partners and consult on digital transformation strategies and solutions with Cx level customer facing representatives and assist in their GTM strategies. You will create an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing through avenues such as working groups and build the standards and processes as they apply to our Subscription Migration Practice. What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impactThe individual holding this role will be an instrumental factor in leading GMV migration to our AppMarket digital subscription commerce platform. Working with Cx level customer facing representatives, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the process of transitioning their products and services to AppDirect’s subscription commerce platform. You will consult and guide our customers through the process of transitioning their physical products’ go-to market strategies, professional services and existing subscriptions. To ensure success, you will lead and transform the internal migration services delivery process to best suit our customers’ needs. Key responsibilities for this role include: Build a Migration roadmap framework and establish associated strategies pertinent to the AppMarket platform and AppDirect vision.Provide customers with the necessary advisory services to help shape a subscription Migration roadmap and related strategy.Build relationships with C-Suite executives Ensure successful delivery of the Migration Practice services required to achieve the proposed roadmaps across our customer base.Articulate the AppDirect value proposition and leverage selling capabilities to define a standardized process to assist customersSet priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other functions within AppDirect.Work closely with 3rd party vendors in developing, reviewing and implementing new subscription adoption strategies. Ensure the Migration practice is fit for purpose and aligned with new approaches and market direction. What we’re looking for 5+ years' experience in a Practice lead/Management Consulting positionSubscription commerce experience with products from major vendors (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc) and an ability to quickly learn and adapt subscription strategies required to digitize products.Exposure to multiple industries and awareness of industry specific Digital Commerce trends.Strong demonstrable knowledge of Cloud implementation methodologies.Good knowledge of end to end Service quality assurance and associated techniques.Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeAbility to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressureAbility to understand and integrate cultural differences and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams At AppDirect, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment that houses diversity of excellence, experience and thought.
