Description:Our client within the Ontario Provincial Government is seeking a BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST candidate for a temporary opportunity.This position will be on-site in Downtown Toronto.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a front line reception role, as well as previous administrative experiences as well. Only those who present with strong communication skills in English and French will be considered. Roles and Responsibilities Greeting all visitors and guest to the office environment in both English and French.Assisting all incoming inquiries by telephone and email in both English and French.Answering incoming calls, and taking messages.Receiving all incoming mail and packages.Assisting with inputting data into internal systems when required.Providing office administrative services as needed.Preparing boardrooms and conference rooms for any and all presentations and meetings.Ordering all required office supplies, catering as required. Qualifications and Experience Complete fluency in both English and French (written and verbal required).Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar role is required.Previous experience working in the Ontario Government experience is preferred but not required.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little to no supervision.Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
