Description:Kone Canada is looking for a Construction Project Administrator Team Lead in our Greater Toronto office.In this role, you will support project teams to plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished. You will also lead a team of Project Administrators inclusive of performance managing, competence development and goal achievement.Experience:2+ years working in a general contracting environment with a general understanding of the installation and operations functionsEducation:Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education and related work experience combination.Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior:1. Technical/Software - Proficient with Microsoft office suite. Ability to use other applicable software including SAP & cloud software.2. Project Governance - Recognition of project life cycle. Ability to work with direction and execute tasks with little oversight.3. Scope Management - Ability to follow project scope requirements. 4. Schedule Management - Basic knowledge of project schedule and required milestones. 5. Finance - Recognition of basic project financial accounting. i.e. revenue, cost, margin. Ability to utilize necessary software including SAP.6. Quality Management - Ability to follow through on quality requirements in project scope of work.7. Resource Management - Understanding of project resources needed to execute and complete project.8. Communications Management - Effective oral and writing skills9. Risk & Opportunity Management - Ability to recognize negative and positive project impacts10. Procurement Management - Understanding of the needs of a project including material & labor requirements11. Stakeholder Management - Recognize project stakeholders; including customer and internal.12. Safety - Ability to recognize importance and impact of project safety to industry.
