Description:Our Toronto office is looking for a Co-op or Intern Student to join the IT Infrastructure team from May to August 2021 and own the following responsibilities:Use the technical knowledge you have acquired through your courses to carry out work projects and assignments under the direct supervision of a manager or another experienced team memberProvide support to the team associated with maintaining ConfigMgr (SCCM), Citrix and many other technologiesProvide support to our team on escalations from the service-desk on issues regarding operating system and software deployment, packaging, Citrix, and Windows 10Participate in the process of monitoring the SCCM, Citrix and SCOM environmentParticipate in the process of monitoring and securing Windows endpoints using System Center Endpoint Protection and BitlockerLearn processes to implement regular security patches and updates to all systems through System CenterIdentify and resolve technical issues to reduce downtimeScripting (programming) - Both ), PowerShell and VBScript.Collaborate with other teams to manage support ticketsComplete additional ad-hoc duties or assignments as requiredHow do we define success for your role?
