Working at iQmetrix means always looking at ways to be better.Purpose:Accountable for the success and retention of our clients, including their experience and the value they receive from our products and services in their day-to-day operations.Accountabilities: Building, nurturing & maintaining relationships with clientsProviding points of contact to our clients for all escalation pointsEducating our clients on how to communicate their business problemsEducating clients on our business solutions and services and how to use themProviding subject matter expertise on our products and services proactivelyUnderstanding client needs in terms of their requirements for new functionality, and the impact any new functionality will have on themMaintaining client contact information including business model matrics and creating / updating activities and sales opportunities on the client profile.Directing development towards resolution of bugs and requesting re-prioritization when necessaryUpgrading clients to the latest version of RQ in a timely manner and communicating context on bugs to clientsDiscussing client performance, best practices, optimizing product usage, and training on them if necessaryKeeping client profiles updated in SalesForceIdentifying specific areas of focus and working with the client to determine training opportunities within the current set of products.Understanding our client’s business problems, identifying the best probable solution(s) based on our product suite and services, and relaying this information to the appropriate stakeholder to assist with selling and solutioning.Matching BETA clients for new features/products/partners Qualifications: 3-5 years of related experience in Client/Account Management or Wireless industryExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalAn energetic personality who enjoys working with people and helping clientsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to React quickly and effectively to clients needs What is an iQer?An iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
