Consultant, Pharmacy Performance - 1 Year Contract (BB-BF181)

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Consultant to join their operations and transformation on a 1 year contract. The Consultant drive projects to completion by managing project timelines, coordinating with cross functional teams including internal and external service providers, working with field pharmacy associates where required to gather feedback and insights on project deliverables and communicating the vision and value of the projects to various stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities• Develop a deep understanding of the projects the Consultant will work on, including the business goals that the solution to the project is trying to achieve and any regulatory parameters that must be respected• Communicate the purpose and goals of the projects to various internal stakeholders• Analyze success of operational projects based on pharmacy key performance indicators• Identify opportunities for business development of a pharmacy based on its given marketplace and recommend store specific strategy for achieving business development goals• Manage internal stakeholders to ensure that projects progress and are completed on acceptable timelines• Develop and communicates action plans to successfully implement initiatives efficiently and effectively.• Prepare and presents information at meetings as required to convey project goals requests and keep internal stakeholders informed on project progression• Understand the corporate pharmacy strategy through collaboration with the Enterprise Pharmacy Operations and Transformation and Health & Wellness teams to identify areas of opportunity to maximize each corporate pharmacy program’s success. Qualifications and ExperienceThis position requires an advanced level of initiative and judgment to organize and prioritize tasks, workload, and projects. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are required in dealing with colleagues, associates and associates teams in every day working relationships. • Experience working with Canadian health care providers, ideally retail pharmacists, is an asset• Knowledge of the Canadian health care regulatory framework for obtaining and maintain patient consent is an asset• Consultant must Education and CertificationsMinimum education required: University Degree We are an inclusive employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
