Reporting to the Director of Healthcare, the Client Service Manager will manage a variety of contracts throughout Red Deer and the surrounding area with a focus on Healthcare Security. Job Skills / Requirements Job Function:Develop and maintain strong client relations by identifying and creating strategies to continuously exceed client expectationsResponsible for overseeing the execution of the clients and external stakeholders needs and upholding contract obligationsSupervise and direct Information Security Analytics and manage contract staff as requiredManage projects and other implementation activities for security controlsMonitor business margins on a monthly basis to ensure profitability and efficiencyDesign and conduct periodic tests to ensure compliance with security standards, policies and proceduresMaintain Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety programCreate, manage and participate in emergency management plans with the security team and direct staff during incident response activitiesProvide disciplinary action, mentoring, and professional development to all frontline staffQualifications:Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Security Management, or proven relatable experienceCertified Healthcare Protection Administrator or Certified Protection Professional designations through IAHSS/ASIS is an assetMinimum of five years managerial experience with a demonstrated history of progressive management responsibilitiesSolid understanding of gap analysis and action plansDemonstrates a clear understanding and application of the criminal code and provincial regulations as they relate to securityExperience in law enforcement, protective services or security management is an assetProven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externallyDemonstrates out of the box and solution orientated thinkingComfortable conducting meetings, presenting, and leading issue-resolution seminars with senior management and clientsDemonstrates strong leadership capabilities and has a proven maturityValid Driver's LicenseWhat You Can Expect from Us: An opportunity to join one of Canada's Best Managed CompaniesA competitive compensation package based on previous experienceA company leading in Quality Standards with a 360 Degree Quality Assurance Program for Environmental Standards and Occupational Health and Safety StandardsAccess to all support systems including our three 24/7 Operations Centers and our National Quality Standards and Support TeamCompany paid professional development programsA dynamic and challenging opportunity in a performance-based company with limitless opportunity for personal career growth Education Requirements (Any) Bachelor's Degree Post secondary education in law enforcement from a recognized insititution or equivalent experienceCertification Requirements (Any) Valid Class 5 Drivers License Standard First Aid, CPR Level C Valid Security LicenceAdditional Information / Benefits NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
