In this position, you will lead the development and creation of thought leadership content, including content for targeted industry publications as part of a comprehensive media strategy. You will also write, update and manage a suite of core collateral conveying the differentiated client benefits of our service and sector expertise.Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Strategies, you will be responsible for effectively positioning and promoting Colliers Project Leaders as a thought leader in industry publications and online platforms. Working as a valued member of the Marketing Strategies team, you will also develop, write and manage core brochures and other collateral, working with multiple subject matter experts (SMEs) company-wide. To learn more about Colliers Project Leaders, visit Responsibilities What you'll get to do as a Content Specialist with Colliers Project Leaders:Implement a media strategy involving targeted industry publications and platforms. This will include identifying compelling editorial topics and ad content; interviewing SMEs; researching and writing articles and ad copy; managing reviews; meeting external deadlines; and monitoring and assessing analytics to improve performance.Build relationships with external editorial contacts, as well as internal and external stakeholders and SMEs Identify opportunities to adjust or broaden our media strategy through content development, industry research, and the ongoing application of performance metrics Own the company’s suite of core collateral, developing service and sector brochures as required, updating content where needed, and organizing digital asset management. You will also provide peer editing, proofreading and content support as needed.Use the company’s CRM and marketing automation tools as prescribedAdhere to our branding guidelines (everyone on the Marketing and Communications team shares this responsibility)Perform other duties as required Qualifications What you'll need to be successful in the role:3-5 years of experience working in a Marketing or content creation roleDiploma or degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications, or equivalent work experienceExceptional writing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different marketing channels and mediumsThe ability to multitask and meet urgent deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, content development and establishing success metricsThe ability to understand the big picture and develop relevant marketing strategies and approachesThe ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with marketing automation tools A highly cooperative nature, demonstrating a willingness to assist others and take on new responsibilitiesSuperior organization and project management skillsA strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointBilingualism is an asset Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
