For more information, please visit and Change Delivery Manager We are seeking for a Change Delivery Manager to be responsible for enabling and directing the multidiscipline L2I Tribe to deliver value to RBI business units through creating the right environment for the team to succeed and deliver. Reporting into the Head of Delivery you will be accountable for effective delivery of a complex ongoing programme of transition from multiple solutions, across multiple business units (including acquired businesses), to one Lead to Invoice platform, whilst ensuring best of breed new solutions are included to ensure the platform continues to enable our thriving business. As well as focussing on technical delivery you’ll be playing a role in the business change – identifying resistance and performance gaps and readying the business to accept the change. You will motivate the team and ensure the team collaborates and focuses on what is most important. Coaching to facilitate continuous improvement and applying the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques. You will work with PMO and Head of Delivery in forming an iterative plan to work towards, working closely with Product Owners to ensure overall themes and releases are co-ordinated and delivered effectively. Responsibilities: Delivery Management Deliver projects and products using the appropriate Agile project management methodology, taking care of the overall milestone planning, execution, delivery and release of complex cross-squad transformation projects Proactively managing dependencies, overcoming obstacles and getting the best value against constraints, identifying, diagnosing and removing impediments so that the team can deliver Working with Environment Manager to join up forward guidance with development lifecycle stages, ensuring appropriate environments are ready and available for each stage of activity.
