Job Purpose :

Manage the maintenance and ERP databases for the Continuous Improvement department. Primary role involves updating EM's with new tooling, workflows, run rates and performance metrics. Also responsible for the implementation and upkeep of the maintenance data base including equipment tracking, spare parts organization and work order processing. Assist with the tracking and scheduling of new product launches across the 3 divisions
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• EM entries and updates in the ERP database
• Modifying EM sequence and structure to better support production operations
• Manage fixtures and jigs in the production EM's
• Monitor production performance metrics and EM run rate accuracy
• Track and coordinate engineering work on new product launches
• Manage the maintenance ROR system for data entry and task completion
• Update engineering procedures as required
• Organize general department needs such as purchase orders, supplies, filing and meetings
Education and Experience:
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Preference will be given to those with a College Diploma or University Degree in Business or an Engineering discipline
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years related manufacturing experience
• Experience managing and updating information in an ERP system, Visual is considered an asset
• Very strong computer skills; MS Office and Database
• Lean manufacturing training and experience is preferred
