As the leader of our Mobility on Demand business, you’ll help make transit more accessible for everyone, and improve the quality of life for those that rely on it. As the leader of the product team, you are responsible for setting and executing your product’s business strategy. You will leverage your business acumen, industry expertise and market data to execute product strategies that delight customers and sustain revenue growth for the future. You will form customer development programs with your customers, and will leverage them to discover, analyze and solve transit market problems. As an inspirational leader, you will compel customers and internal stakeholders with your vision and leverage every opportunity to evangelize it.Job Description:What You’ll Do:·Aggressively identify market opportunities by conducting market research supported by direct customer engagement·Establish a continuous funnel of feature candidates based on your customer research, and develop discovery plans for each ·Engage directly with customers and your product team members to execute product discovery activities·Work collaboratively with product design, engineering, QA and DevOps to ensuring solutions are responsive to customer needs, deployable, and supported·Ensure that your business meets our internal operating ratios for performance·Develop, communicate and execute a multi-year product strategy that goes far beyond today’s technology portfolio that is responsive to industry needs and surpasses competitors·Act as product evangelist both internally and externally·Balance long-term investments in enabling technology and vision with short-term product requirements; including when to build vs. buy vs partner, or change from one technology to another·Identify, analyze and manage technical debt with your product·Measure and manage product quality·Analyze key performance metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements·Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders of all levels of an organization·Facilitate objective Win/Loss Analysis of deals·Analyze and keep abreast of trends in technology and your marketMUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS·Minimum five (5) years work experience in B2B product management experience, in a customer-facing role·Experience working in a customer-facing role within the transit technology industry·Prior experience managing a P&L·Effective presentation ability to influencers, senior executives, and industry audiences·Experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)·Experienced in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery processes·Experience in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery methodologies·Ability to travel up to 50% within North AmericaPREFERRED EXPERIENCE·Experience working in the paratransit or microtransit software product management·Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Business or Engineering ·Practical experience with Pragmatic Marketing and its application·Practical experience with PMP and its application·Web, Mobile and SaaS product management experienceWorker Type:RegularNumber of Openings Available:1
