The PositionAre you a passionate marketer starting your career and looking to gain experience in a global organization? We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you’ll work with Marketing colleagues across Canada, the United States, and Europe to help bring life to global and regional marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our team providing administrative support, creating social media calendars, administering content management systems for multiple websites, helping coordinate physical and digital events, and developing compelling and engaging content for our broad spectrum of audiences. Responsibilities Support Marketing’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, and content marketingCreate, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels (such as online marketplaces, blogs, landing pages), ensuring consistent voiceDevelop and manage content and social media marketing programs for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and InstagramAdminister the content management systems for multiple websites and ensure all company web pages are updated as neededOversee the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a marketing project management system (JIRA), SharePoint, and Microsoft TeamsManage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programsSupport marketing automation programs and operationsPrepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program successResearch new programs and platforms to enhance and automate marketing tasksProvide administrative support as requiredAssist with other marketing initiatives as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in marketing industry (preference given to candidates with a B2B digital marketing background or a specific interest in digital)Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skillsFirm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketingMust be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesMust have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports Would Love to See Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot and Act-On), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce and NetSuite)Working knowledge of HTML and design and email softwareBackground in GIS, or an interest in geography and web mappingA high level of creativity to help reimagine our digital channels and keep them freshFluency in German – not required but would be a bonus!
