Job Details Description As a Gainsight and Marketing Data Specialist, you will support the Marketing function to help us deliver targeted and timely email campaigns and build automated programs to fuel our inbound funnel.In this role, you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders within the Marketing, Sales, and Sale Operation departments to define operational processes, gather technical requirements, and ultimately design and implement technical solutions a suit of Marking automation tools including Pardot, Gainsight, Opt-in Monster, Salesforce and others.What You’ll Do Responsible for executing nurturing and engagement programs, managing email compliance, and assisting on email programs to support all regions globally using the Marketing technical stackSupport our marketing team with operational tasks for marketing campaigns, including email list preparation, post-event list uploads and campaign management in SalesforceMeasure insight and engagement across a number of success criteria Recommend architecture, integration and data manipulation using Gainsight tools and logic (S3, API, Gainsight Rules Engine)Be a key point of contact between Marketing Operations and other technical teamsEnsure the data quality and integrity around our Accounts, Leads and Contacts Provide input on campaign and program improvement in Marketing technologies, including tests and experiments and suggesting new campaigns/programs to drive pipeline and engage current clientsEvaluate and optimize our existing lead flow and lead routing, including marketing-to-sales process improvementEnable new features and functionality in the marketing technical stack in order to increase lead volume, conversion rates, deliverability. What You’ll Need 2-5 years of Gainsight CS and PX implementation experience, Certification preferredExperience working in Pardot, Certification preferredExperience working in Salesforce is an assetA good understanding of email channel and marketing automation best practicesThe ability to prioritize tasks based on the impact they have to colleagues and KPIsA data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skillsExtreme attention to detail to ensure all marketing assets are well-built and testedExperience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendationsExperience working in other marketing automation systems (marketo, eloqua, hubspot)Working knowledge of HTML/CSS & JavaScriptCommitment to Results: consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver resultsPriority Setting: focuses time/energy on the most important issues/opportunities.
