talented and highly motivated individual to join the Salesforce practice to help build the team in Toronto and support consulting, defining, and managing the delivery of marketing cloud followed by multi-cloud solutions.You will be expected to champion marketing technology innovation, working with in-house, wider network and third-party partner teams across offices i.e. the MRM Toronto office and across the AMER region with (Seattle, Salt Lake City, Detriot, New York, Mexico City).We are looking for experience of Salesforce primarily, however exposure to Adobe to complement our global strategic alliances would be useful.The experience should include team leadership/management and experience of working with senior client and business stakeholders in a consultative way as well as taking an active role in hands on delivery of marketing technology projects.Key areas of ambition for the roleManaging the consultancy serviceSupport our clients strategically in their data and marketing technology ambitions, working alongside our local, European and global MarTech teams.Technology partner identification, development, and management – working closely with the technology, data tech and PM teams to ensure delivery of MarTech projectsIncrease knowledge across the agency around MarTech, and champion learning programmes, particularly for Salesforce.Create demandDrive the awareness and demand for that offering across the agency, MRM and MWG UK networks and the market through – lunch and learn sessions, POVs, articles, thought pieces, presentations, and events etc.Own the relationship with MarTech platform vendors including Salesforce and AdobeContribute to the MarTech business planPlay a key role in new business development and conversion through RFP and pitch responsesBe a point of contact for the MRM network in technology engagements – part of a wider a global technology communityClient Engagement and Service deliveryWork closely with technology, analytics, and data strategy team to deliver MarTech projectsTake an active role in project delivery, applying practical knowledge of SalesforceOwn marketing technology delivery workstreams such as requirements discovery, system design and oversee implementation.Provide training and assistance to clients in the application of marketing technologyGrow the practiceSupport hiring interviews for relevant roles to support the practiceManage colleagues as required Required Skills Key Responsibilities Consult, design, and implement the technologies that underpin the delivery of customer experience strategiesPresent MarTech consultancy to our clientsRepresent Salesforce solutions to our clientsGuide clients to pragmatic solutions using a mix of in-house, network and partner solutionsChampion technical and channel innovationOwnership of the relationship with platform and solution providers, ensuring that the technology platform(s) used are ‘fit for purpose’ and best in class.To work closely with the Data Strategy team to ensure that Marketing Technology is embedded is everything the agency deliversWork closely with the technology team and take an active role in the delivery of marketing technology projectsCapabilities Experience working with marketing technologiesExperience of delivering Salesforce solutions – particularly Marketing CloudExperience of working across marketing technology platforms to service the customer journeyExperience of leading consultative technical projects – from requirements gathering through to solution design and implementationGood working understanding of the key database technologies (SQL, Hadoop, Oracle)An understanding of the wider digital technology landscapeKnowledge of the digital media technical
