Job Description Insight global is looking to hire a Sales Lead to work with a startup client that specializes in premium custom merchandise solutions for the world’s largest online creators and influencers. The candidate will report into the Head of Sales and focus on building our sales pipeline as well as pitching, selling, and onboarding creators. Your work will be split across outreach, sales, and market exploration of social platforms (Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), musicians, podcasts, legacy brands (e.g. Dr. Seuss), athletes, and much more. Minimum Requirements - 2+ Years in a similar role with a proven track record in a sales environment with experience managing the full sales cycle - “Whale Hunting” experience – Experience with custom targeted sales with warm and cold leads- Experience with deals ranging from 500k-5Millions - Experience with Market exploration, Financial forecasting and analysis experience (Does not have to have a strict finance background)- Process building, documentation, scaling of sales related activities - Comfortable working with and pitching to some of the biggest influencers and celebrities. - Tech Savvy individual with experience in GSuite, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc. Desired Skills -Entrepreneurial mindset - Knowledge of the influencer space - Start Up Experience
