The Customer Service Representative/Billing Clerk is responsible for handling all service and account related inquiries from Internal and External customers. The successful candidate will takes ownership of and oversees the successful completion of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction from the start to finish by coordinating with operations and other departments. Account Management• Develop and maintain trusted value driven advisor relationships with accounts as assigned. • Attract potential customers by answering product and service inquiries, providing them with effective alternatives and solutions to their needs.• Create and maintain customer accounts, classification and pricing profiles within our Client’s proprietary CRM system.• Develop familiarity with service contract/agreements as assigned and acts as the go-to resource for CSRs and operations in interpreting service requirement specifics and other contract matters.• Administer service contracts and negotiate pricing for items outside of contract scope based on profile and other criteria.• Attend and report on client site meetings involving topics such as service, pricing, contract performance and other related matters.• Assist in collecting, assembling of data for preparation and renewal of bids/tenders.• Prepare related reports for customers upon request. Customer Service• Receive, classify and prioritize customer service requests details, then coordinate with operations and customer to schedule-in necessary receiving and transportation in a timely manner. • Prepare work orders based on confirmed service requests and release to dispatch for execution. • Complete billings following job execution and material acceptance with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Utilize customer specific procurement portals to upload invoices, work inspection reports and other documents as required by service contract.• Prepare quotations either independently or act as sales representative support by collecting and analyzing customer information.• Receive, investigate and effectively resolve customer complaints based on established policies and procedures with customer satisfaction focus and appropriate escalation.• Other tasks as assigned PLEASE NOTE: If you are having problems applying through the portal please send resume directly to and experiences• Fluently bilingual in verbal and written English & French is a MUST• University degree or College Diploma, preference given to those in chemistry, environmental science and related disciplines.• At least 2 years combined customer service and administration experience.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster relationship growth in a professional setting.• Capable of empathetic listening and conflict resolution in a fast paced and high-volume environment. • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation and client facing ability• Ability to independently resolve problems within one’s scope of authority and understanding of when to escalate to superiors.• Solid personal integrity and dedication• Ability to work without supervision.• Overtime during certain peak seasons is required• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Power Point and Outlook with emphasis on Excel.• Minimum 60 WPM typing speed.Benefits and Other InformationFull Time Permanent PositionMonday to Friday 8am to 5pmCompetitive base salary depending on experienceIf you are interested, please send your application (French & English Resume and Cover Letter) through our web site in the employment section or directly via email to further information, you can visit our web site or contact us via phone at 416 550 5135 ext 231We thank everyone who submits their application.
