The position is primarily responsible for operating machines to fabricate brush and broom products; loading parts in machine, cycle machines, troubleshooting and detecting malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools; running production lots, communicating with co-workers and/or supervisor regarding production runs, and maintaining safe, organized and clean work environment by performing the following duties.Workdays: Second Shift Monday - Thursday Hours: 3:45 pm 2:15 amDuties & Responsibilities to includeProgram product specifications on machines.Perform duties for machine start-up and set-up to meet product specification.Monitor and maintain line speed and product output.Troubleshoot machine issues and light maintenance on equipment.Cross train on multiple machines.Adhere to safety procedures in all actions.Must have good flexibility as there is wrist movement required.Frequent use of hand tools. Other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:Prior working experience in warehouse or manufacturing process or facility.Starting pay is $16.00 with potential to earn more after your probationary period.
