Let’s Get Down To Business Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our Digital Delivery team as a UX Designer. Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery for one of our product teams. This will include assisting on requirements gathering, gaining trust with the product experts, becoming familiar with the product, creating the digital solution for the product, and working with the execution team to bring it to reality. We have multiple roles and multiple products.Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in an intermediate/senior UX role.Strong online portfolio demonstrating a range of relevant work is essential.Experience working in an agile team environment is a benefit.Proficient with industry standard tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, etc.).Experience with user research (including in-person interviews, panels, and focus groups), benchmarking, competitive analysis, and usability studies.Apply user interface principles and best practices appropriately to create innovative solutions that meet user and business needs.Ability to quickly whiteboard and mock-up multiple UX/UI concepts.Ability to create wireframes and other documentation (user flows, journey maps, etc.) to articulate solutions.Strong communications skills to clearly articulate - and evangelize - solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work with UI resources to see your solutions to final design artifacts.Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to help develop and/or refine business requirements. Professional experience is important. But it is paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market.
