You will be joining a high functioning team that loves to win and who truly does put the patient first. In this role, you will bring the marketing plan of action to life with key opinion leaders, key hospitals, and related allied health care professionals through uncovering & maximizing business opportunity to truly partner and innovate together. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement strategic business plans for the therapeutic portfolio with select specialists, GPs, hospitals and allied health care professionalsDevelop & implement unique customer focused initiatives to build GSK advocacy and to drive incremental sales growthProvide unmatched customer value for both external and internal customersWork closely with colleagues who interact with family physicians to develop and implement strategic programs. OLA, CHE to drive sales growth with GPs/FMsPrepare and appropriately manage territory business plansAllocate appropriate face to face selling time to ensure optimal business resultsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 3 years’ sales experienceExperience in the relevant therapeutic area is a requirementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skillsDemonstrated selling excellence in various selling situations (group and one to one)Solid evidences of flexible thinking and adaptability.Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies.Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians.Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques.Working knowledge of computer technology.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company – leased vehicle.
