Our company is growing with high demand for our solutions, presenting opportunities to advance.Your main tasks will include:Document Control: project documentation management (meeting customer standards, ensure on time delivery based on project schedule, coordinate inputs from engineering teams)Expediting the review of internal and external documentation within engineering teams.Assisting Supply Chain Team with technical purchasing and ERP maintenance.Assisting business development team with meeting management.Assist with booking travel for project teams.Perform a variety of administrative support functions to support the technical teams as required.You will be a great fit if you have:Technical degree or diploma with more than 3 years’ experience in a technical administrative role.Experience with completing full turnover packages for clients and contractorsImpeccable attention to detail and a sense of urgency in completing projects on time.Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain high quality of work and quickly learn new skills.Ability to work well with a team, manage priorities, and deliver assigned tasks on time.Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
