Our Federal Government client is in need of a Program Advisor to assist with the processing of Grants and Contribution applications. This is a 3-6 month remote opportunity with a dynamic departmentRoles and Responsibilities Drafting / Revising Contribution and Grant Agreements along with support documentsFinancial commitment reviews and reporting to senior managementProviding Quality Assurance on Project files and making recommendations to senior managementManaging project files throughout their life cycleResearch information, analyse data and report on findingsReviewing/processing external client claim submissions for accuracy and compliance with program policiesAssist in the preparation of briefings, reports, and presentationsRespond to client inquiries in understanding their contribution agreement obligations and claiming requirementsReview and process recipient payments in accordance with the terms of their contribution agreement, and report observations Prepare financial and other status reports to monitor program Qualifications and Experience Experience processing applications for Grants and Contributions in a government settingExperience providing program administration in a government settingValid Reliability security clearance is requiredEnglish language profile We are an inclusive employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
