The opportunity: We are looking for an intellectually curious, an enthusiastic and forward-thinking HR professional passionate about employee retention and engagement. Your first responsibilities will be to understand our business model and gain a deep understanding of our employee culture and different modus operandi throughout our 4 business functions in Qc. You will showcase that you have an eye for understanding diverse talent pools of employees and use your previous demonstrated accomplishments in enhancing employee experience to help influence KPMG's future growth strategy in Qc. You will work collaboratively with KPMG's national Employee experience team and your main goals will be to adapt, enhance and identify new retention initiatives that will have the utmost impact on our employee experience in Qc. Reports into the Head of HR for Qc and acts as key influencer in the KPMG Talent community and QC Leadership team. What you will do Design and implement an innovative employee retention and engagement strategy for Qc You will be the Employee experience and retention champion, understanding what makes us us in each function, translating key elements in each of the HR talent cycles and into new initiatives to maximize our impact on employee experience and retention. You will excel at juggling with the best of our KPMG national concepts and local Qc employee experience specificities. You will be successful at delivering a game plan that incorporates best elements of KPMG's national Employee experience team while delivering on Qc's specific needs. You have an eye for understanding diverse talent pools of employees and will use your previous demonstrated accomplishments in enhancing employee experience to help influence KPMG's future growth strategy in Qc. Bold thinker having had past success at proposing and delivering results on innovative and creative initiatives You work in close and daily collaboration with the HR team that supports KPMG through our various talent cycles and operations and act as the culture carrier throughout our various HR projects. What you bring to the role 10-12+ years of people and culture orientated roles working in a fast-paced and competitive (consulting industry an asset). Consulting skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully influence. A critical eye to challenge conventional approaches, re-strategize current ones to maximize their impact and a willingness to build and to sell a unique approach to employee experience. Strong influencer and communicator and comfort in navigating through various teams of niche nature and various leadership levels and employee types. Experience in managing in a fast-paced HR team with demonstrated accomplishments in employee experience and bold retention initiatives Charismatic leader that excels at having impact with or without formal authority You will have significant experience working in a matrix structure, understand the specifications that come with this type of environment. Ideally you will have worked with people from diverse cultures and various job roles.
