NAPA Auto Parts is currently looking to fill the exciting role of Sales Development Specialist (SDS) to grow our UNDERCAR Category market share in Manitoba and N.W, Ontario. We are seeking a strong sales professional, driven, ambitious and enthusiastic. A true sales visionary that will play an integral part in successfully growing our sales and develop our NAPA business in the Saskatchewan territory to ensure long-term success within that market.
- You will effectively contribute to increased sales through well-organized and well-prepared sales presentations/calls/and training sessions with Automotive Service Providers, NAPA store sales personnel, store counter staff, store and Distribution Centre management.
- You will recommend inventory coverage at the Distribution Centre, the NAPA stores and the Automotive Service Provider levels in order to maximize sales while maintaining acceptable inventory turnover.
- You are responsible for the sales planning and growth of your assigned territory and market, and for the achievement of the annual key objectives established for your specific sales group. This covers direct store and Automotive Service Provider sales; after sale support (warranties and programs); and the effective execution and measurement of promotions, programs and product launches, the delivery of product clinics and training at the Distribution Centre, NAPA store and Automotive Service Provider levels.
- You are accountable for achieving sales objectives, maintaining up-to-date product expertise with respect to represented and competitive products, developing a good understanding of your customers’ business reality, developing strong customer relationships, and a sound knowledge of your local market environment.
