Our client

is looking to hire a Project Manager - Crisis Line Enhancement to support their project which aims to enhance the quality of crisis and mental health and substance information and support lines in BC through implementation of governance changes, technological infrastructure upgrades, and other quality improvement processes associated with the Crisis Line service.

Responsibilities:
Provide consultation / expertise to facilitate effective project plan development, implementation, and management (for overall project and any individual working groups). Work closely with the Project Director and key stakeholders to establish and maintain robust project management and plans (detailed plans, risk management plan, etc.), and to guide/assist with preparation for project meetings and development of project deliverables (e.g., status reports, meeting outputs, engagement/communications plan, etc.). Ensure close management and monitoring of progress, and facilitate issue resolution. Attend other meetings and/or meet with key stakeholders to inform and guide project planning/implementation. Provide facilitation support as required.
Qualifications:
Project management expertise. Preference will be given to applicants with experience and/or topical knowledge of mental health and substance systems of care. Experience relevant to crisis line services in particular is considered an asset.
