Our client, a reputable company located in North York who specializes in Telecommunications, is actively seeking for a Business Development Professional to join their team

This position offers a very competitive salary range, a commission structure that is uncapped and a strong leadership team to learn from.

The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of experience and a driven personality, who's open to lead generation and business development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through prospecting and creative marketing.
  • Upselling established clients on new software and features.
  • Meeting clients face to face to build relationships and understand needs.
  • Cold calling potential clients.
  • Assisting with increasing sales.


  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven success in a sales/business development driven role.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting new business.
  • Experience with inside and outside sales.
  • Exposure to the Telecommunications industry is an asset.
  • Demonstrating a driven personality and a hard working mentality.
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus.
