Director Project Management, Enterprise Imaging will have overall responsibility for managing Enterprise Imaging Project Management Managers residing in United States, Canada. This strategic leader will be responsible for partnering with other leaders and project managers to deliver successful client engagements, manage capacity, and develop and enhance processes that align with PMI methodology. This includes but is not limited to implement process improvements, revenue recognition & forecasting, salary management, performance management, and escalation management.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Revenue, Budgeting, monthly forecasting and P&L management balancing risks and opportunities at the business and project level
  • Create and align the team to Enterprise Imaging OKRs and KPIs, then monitor, control and achieve tangible results through day-to-day team leadership
  • Develop strategies and solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and create innovative delivery methodologies to ensure competitiveness in the market and increase value to customers
  • Customer relationship management: provide customer governance and escalation support as needed to ensure the successful adoption of CHC solutions
  • Liaise with cross-functional leaders to execute on OKR, KPI and shared initiative plans including (but not limited to): implementation leaders (for the purpose of resourcing projects), shared services leaders (for the purposes of managing global knowledge), product management leaders (for the purposes of providing product feedback and improving usability), financial leaders (for the purposes of achieving revenue and AEBITDA targets)
  • What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 5-8 years of direct people leadership experience in information technology or healthcare organization including knowledge of Services operations, ISO, FDA, Quality System Regulation and HIPAA preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare workflow and the continuum of care
  • Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in business management, healthcare management, information technology, or equivalent experience. PMP strongly preferred.
  • What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • SW, Services, and Hardware revenue forecasting experience and understanding of POC models, SAAS models, and general revenue accounting practices
  • Strong leadership abilities and an aptitude for mentoring and coaching others
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with customer Director level and above
  • Proven ability to proactively devise and implement new processes or resources
  • Project sponsorship/customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of healthcare/hospital workflow
  • Management experience, preferably with large teams
  • Exceptional project management skills including project/resource scheduling
  • Analytic and metrics-oriented thinking and decision making
  • Prior experience leading implementation and/or services organizations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to influence others both internally and externally
  • Ability to absorb a broad range of information and create effective solutions

    How much should I expect to travel?

    Up to 20%
